1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of InstaGrowth ("Service"), a product of Wevanta Infotech ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InstaGrowth is a SaaS platform that provides:

• Instagram analytics and performance tracking
• AI-powered growth strategy recommendations
• Competitor tracking and analysis
• Content calendar and post scheduling
• Audience insight reports

The Service requires connecting a valid Instagram Business or Creator account via Meta's official OAuth authorization.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use InstaGrowth
• You must have a valid Meta/Instagram Business or Creator account
• By using the Service, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Account Registration

To use InstaGrowth, you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately at hello@wevantainfotech.com of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account

5. Subscription & Billing

5.1 Free Plan

InstaGrowth offers a free plan with limited features. No payment is required for the free tier.

5.2 Paid Plans

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or Cashfree
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice via email

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use InstaGrowth to:

• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations
• Violate Meta's or Instagram's Terms of Service or Platform Policies
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the platform for spamming, automated bulk actions, or bot activities on Instagram
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written consent
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Misuse AI-generated strategies to violate Instagram's community guidelines

7. Instagram & Meta Platform Compliance

InstaGrowth uses the Meta Graph API. By using our Service, you also agree to Meta's Terms of Service and Instagram's Platform Policy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.

Meta may restrict or revoke API access at any time. In such cases, InstaGrowth functionality may be affected, and we will not be liable for any resulting service interruption.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of InstaGrowth is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of InstaGrowth — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Wevanta Infotech and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your data and Instagram content. By connecting your Instagram account, you grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wevanta Infotech shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations
• Changes to Instagram's API or algorithm that affect analytics accuracy
• Third-party payment processing errors or failures

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI recommendations will guarantee specific Instagram growth results.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
