This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on InstaGrowth, a product of Wevanta Infotech. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Free Plan
InstaGrowth's Free plan is available at no cost. No payment is required and no refund requests apply to the free tier.
3. Paid Subscription — Refund Eligibility
3.1 7-Day Refund Window
If you are a new paid subscriber and are not satisfied with InstaGrowth, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. To be eligible:
- The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original payment date
- The request must be your first paid subscription on this account
- You must contact us at hello@wevantainfotech.com with your registered email and transaction ID
3.2 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Partial months or unused days remaining in a billing period
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Cases where the account has been used to extensively access AI strategy features, download reports, or conduct significant analysis
- Discounted or promotional plan purchases (unless explicitly stated)
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your InstaGrowth subscription at any time by:

- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted

If you require immediate termination and deletion of your account and data, contact us at hello@wevantainfotech.com. We will process this within 3 business days.
5. Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method (debit/credit card or UPI)
- Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
- Razorpay or Cashfree processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount
- We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated
6. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a paid plan to a lower-tier plan:
- No partial refund is issued for the remaining days of the higher plan
- The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle
- You retain access to your current plan features until the billing period ends
7. Technical Issues & Service Disruptions
If InstaGrowth experiences significant downtime (more than 48 continuous hours) due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a service credit (not a cash refund) equivalent to the prorated days affected. Service credits are applied to your next billing cycle.
8. Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have a billing dispute not covered by this policy, please contact us at hello@wevantainfotech.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review and resolve disputes on a case-by-case basis.
